FYI, This update breaks all the examples run in quarkus dev mode mvn quarkus:dev

I can see a very similar stacktrace in quarkusio/quarkus#25184.

As workaround, I update quarkus.platform.version to 2.8.2.Final as well to make dev mode works again.
