This PR adds support for :emoji: using the goldmark-emoji extension. I also added in some tests for verifying that emoji are rendered/not rendered in correct circumstances. Please let me know if I have missed anything, or if there is anything additional you want added 🙇

Just a heads up, as I saw you referencing this in cli/cli: may I suggest waiting for the next stable release before bumping the glamour dependency in cli? We have a few more important fixes lined up for that, and it would be nice to see them landing in cli as well 😃
