Weather Wise is a responsive weather forecasting web application created using ReactJs, TailwindCSS, React-bootstrap, OpenWeather API and GeoDB Cities API.
--> Autocomplete search for cities using GeoDB Cities API
--> Current weather information of city with details likes temperature, wind speed, humidity and pressure etc.
--> Next 7-days weather forecast in carousel
--> Light and Dark mode according to your browser settings
node.js is required to get npm.
If you would like to download the code and try it for yourself:
Clone the repo: git@github.com:chirag-23/weather-wise.git (or download zip file)
Open the folder in your code editor and open terminal
Goto root directory: cd weather-wise
Install packages: npm install
Create a .env file in root folder
Define in .env
REACT_APP_RAPID_API_KEY = RapidAPI KEY
REACT_APP_WEATHER_API_KEY = OpenWeather API KEY
Build project:npm start
Open your browser at: http://localhost:3000
