Run scripts from the root of the repository, with python3 scripts/[script name].py
Install dependencies using pip3 install -r requirements.txt
Download our data using python3 scripts/download_data.py
Run Project using python3 scripts/main.py [dataset]
Example: python3 scripts/main.py data/EECS_3
Output figures and graphs will be put in the results directory.
Only tested on linux systems, not guaranteed to work on others.
