ci: add misspell action

Description

The number of typos PRs has been increasing considerably in the previous week.
I want to thank the contributors for those valid fixes. However, I am proposing to automatize that, as most of those PRs, while useful, are only fixing one or two typos, which add noise in GH notifications/email and add reviews cycle.
