x86_64-linux-musl is not yet ready for Tier 1 (see crystal-lang/crystal#10366). Demoting i386-linux-musl has been moved to #545 |

The core team decided to demote
i386-linux-gnuto Tier 2, since we're experiencing issues with running the tests (see crystal-lang/crystal#11127) and that's unlikely to change anytime soon.x86_64-linux-muslfulfills all requirements for Tier 1, so we can promote that.
