CS Internship

CS Internship is an online open-source and free education program to help enthuciastic people to learn new technologies and get ready to work professionally.

CS stands for Crystalline Society. You can study more about the Declaration of CS Culture here which is initiated by its original creator Prof. Ayaz Isazadeh.

In CS Internship our main focuses are:

  • Train essential soft skills required to be a professional at work (and life!).
  • Train essential skills for remote working.
  • Train essential technical skills to be a high-quality profressional in the field.

Goals

In CS Internship we mostly focus on "Soft Skills". In fact the whole process of learning a new technology is just a tool to train these soft skills during the process. The list of soft skills we are working on is:

  • Integrity, Integrity, Integrity!
  • Dare to estimate, reasonable estimations
  • Dare to ask questions, Dare to answer
  • The ability to share themselves on social networks
  • Presentatoin skills: The skill of presenting themselves to the audience
  • Understanding remote working communication tools
  • Understanding the process of remote team-working: Sprints, Boards, ...
