This documents how to avoid some of the memory issues encountered in #1776 (for the benefit of both validate and runtime).

@hjoliver - please review. As its a documentation update I'll leave it to you to decide if you want a second reviewer.

Maybe Cylc allows writing ... blah ... but it is important...? With "While" the first line looks a bit like an unfinished sentence because of the split paragraph.
