Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running datree in offline mode, it skips the K8s schema check by default.
If I want to use the --schema-location flag to enable it locally, the flag is ignored.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support passing the --schema-location flag to datree in offline mode

Describe alternatives you've considered
not validating my schemas
