Please consider using oubliette-overlay instead
To add the overlay:

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nabbi/oubliette-overlay-dev/main/oubliette-dev.xml -O /etc/layman/overlays/oubliette-dev.xml
layman -S
layman -a oubliette-dev
