This is the first firmware release to support Twonkie v2.0 which supports USB-PD EPR.

Changes:

• Twonkie v2: Added
• Twonkie v1: Get INA260 current readings to work

I don't have a Twinkie to test firmware on, so the Twinkie firmware build may or may not be fine.

There are three firmware builds here:

• twonkie-*.bin is for the Twonkie v1.0
• twonkiev2-*.bin is for the Twonkie v2.0
• twinkie-*.bin is for the original Twinkie (or identical clones)
