We should check if this is still happening and if it's important to try to fix this in 6 timeframe.

It fails about 4 times a week. It is not a lot considering the volume of test runs, but since we do not understand why it happens, it may get worse. I'd like to fix this for 6.0

It is very likely a test/infra issue though, so should not be a release-blocker.

Now that this issue is fixed, should we delete FlakyAppHostTests trait and RunOnStaging property added exclusive for installer tests flakiness?
