Another step in our effort to remove the unmaintained AsciiDoc in favor of the actively maintained Asciidoctor.

I added https://github.com/elastic/swiftype-doc-placeholder/commit/3fe423f12f7c7733ecbe02a9fc46c322a9075e21 to fix a compatibility issue and now the changes are minimal. So I'm merging! |
