Switch legacy watcher documentation to Asciidoctor #821

Switches the core of the documentation build from the unmaintained

I pushed a https://github.com/elastic/x-pack/commit/59fcc36005ca9ab364524521c851d811f025dd44 to clean up a few small issues to prepare the docs for Asciidoctor. Here is the diff after those changes:

It took me a while to see the difference in the rendered page - the variables
drop out of the list's indentation. This seems fine.

I'm seeing an extra "+" in actions.html in 2.4, but I am not convinced it's a big enough issue to warrant fixing in these out-dated docs:

(The left screen is the live documentation, the right is the new output).

It looks like you removed the + in 67bb8e36e3645f75908f738456ed024b927b6010. I saw that when I went to go remove it....
