Add example components to the changelog fragment

People are often confused about how to use the component field. I've added some examples to help clarify this. The component field will mostly be used to identify the affected Beat when this tool is used in Beats.

Just a small typo in your fragment file to correct: you put two dots before yaml.

Odd because I used the changelog tool itself to generate that file.

Ah if you add a period to the end of the changelog fragment like ./elastic-agent-changelog-tool new "Add example components in fragement." it includes it in the filename.
