Kibana version: master

Describe the bug: The context view shows the _source column even if fetching via fields is enabled as long as no columns are configured

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable data grid
  2. Enable fields fetching
  3. Go to Discover
  4. Do not select a column
  5. Open context view for a document
  6. _source column is shown

Expected behavior:
"Document" column should be shown

Lower priority for 7.12 since DG is not enabled by default.
