Since more recent updates this problem has gotten worse. It used to at least be possible to return to the call screen by pressing on some of the visible part of the call bar but now once you back out of the call screen it is impossible to return. The only way to interact with the call at this point is the hang up button next to the text entry box.

Can the priority of this bug be raised?
