Drop "Fiber" suffix from bundle Haste names #11349

Note: this is about built bundles, not source files.

I want to drop the concept of a "haste name" and just use the global name for it.
As a prerequisite I want to rename existing bundle haste names to match global names, if they exist.

This doesn't affect anything except www and RN.
We'll need to change the imports on next sync.
