Before this change we weren't calling onError nor onFatalError if you abort before completing the shell. This means that the render never completes and hangs. Aborting early can happen before even creating the stream for AbortSignal, before rendering starts in Node since there's an setImmediate atm, or during rendering.

Since we now fatal if we abort after suspending, I need to ignore this case to throw the error below. Although that error message doesn't make any sense so we should probably do something else there.

It’s just that 1) this is a string, not an Error 2) we have a different error message below intended for this case.

Before this change we weren't calling onError nor onFatalError if you abort before completing the shell. This means that the render never completes and hangs.
Aborting early can happen before even creating the stream for AbortSignal, before rendering starts in Node since there's an setImmediate atm, or during rendering.
There are two possible semantics we can choose here. Because if we're CPU bound and have all the data we could still finish the remaining content. This could be particularly interesting if rendering async. However, I decided to make it not doing any more CPU rendering if we haven't finished the shell yet. So it immediately aborts instead of waiting for the CPU to complete the shell.
