Include the test files, tox.ini and everything else required to run the test suite in sdist.
(See also #16.)

Practically, this is mostly about adding a MANIFEST.in listing the files in question.

chore: provide a MANIFEST.in to include extras in sdist (#18)

Includes tox.ini, tests, requirements, and tools into the default sdist
that is uploaded to (for example PyPi). This allows for easier builds
and testing for package maintainers.

This closes #17.
