Bump got and ethereum-waffle

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [ethereum-waffle](https://github.com/EthWorks/Waffle). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `got`

Updates `ethereum-waffle` from 3.4.4 to 4.0.10
