[ci] Switch the fetch head to 'main'

The default branch is now main, so that should be the default base
revision for the tooling to compare against.

Pre-launch Checklist

Adding lots of reviewers so whoever gets to it first can approve; since the main->master mirroring isn't working, this is messing up incremental checks.
