Problems syncing?

If the tablet can't connect or seems to be stuck for ages repeating the same messages, these are thing things to try in order:

  1. Make sure that it's connected to the mongoose-web wifi, not another one. You check that or manually connect via the android settings.

  2. If 1. doesn't fix the problem - reboot the tablet.

  3. If 2 doesn't work and there is no data on the tablet that is needed to be stored you can force stop the app from the android settings, delete local-mongoose.db from the folder (or rename it so you can undo later) then restart & resync.
