OBD Fault codes should be joined in one menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, these menus below all have its own menu:

• Obd fault codes
• Obd fault codes (pending)
• OBD fault codes (permanent)
• Clear fault codes
  This is annoying because it is inconvenient and kind of not logical to have the same category of items in each separate menu. If you want to look at the fault codes, you generally want all of the fault code info, but here it is separated...

Describe the solution you'd like
Join all these 4 menus into 1 menu titled "Obd fault codes", where codes + pending + permanent would be shown, but separated by titles, or visible lines with titles on what they are..., also with the option to clear the codes button at the bottom or top. This would clean up the interface and join those that make sense.
