GARFIELD-NGS.v1.02

Missing features values eventually reported as "." in VCF file are now correctly processed

Based on user suggestion, GARFIELD-NGS scores are now reported in output VCF file with fixed 3 decimal values. This will improve readability and reduce output VCF size.
