This project is a web application that displays a collection of board games using Flask and Pandas. It allows users to sort the games by different criteria and search for games by name.
- Clone the repository to your local machine.
- Create a virtual environment and activate it.
- Install the required packages using the following command:
pip install -r requirements.txt - Run the Flask application using the following command:
flask run
- Open a web browser and go to
http://localhost:5000/. - Use the search bar to search for games by name.
- Click on the column headers to sort the games by different criteria.
- Add pagination to the table to improve performance when displaying large collections.
- Implement user authentication and allow users to add, edit, and delete games in the collection.
- Improve the search function to allow for more flexible queries, such as searching by game designer or category.
- Add more information about each game, such as a description, images, and reviews.
- Improve the design and layout of the application to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Allow users to rate games and sort by rating.
- Implement a recommendation engine to suggest games based on user preferences.
- Add support for multiple languages.
- Improve error handling and add more informative error messages.
