Dear Grav Team,

Can you make the logo configurable in the next theme release? Or create the option for the site title to be displayed instead, similar to the Antimatter theme? I could make modifications to the Quark theme locally, but I'd imagine that most users would want to replace the Grav logo on their personal sites.
