With 15 years of experience in technology, I am currently transitioning careers to software development. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese (native).
✅ As a former service delivery manager, I have a strong background in customer service, technical support, project management, team leadership, account management, and business analysis.
I look for opportunities to apply this experience along with my passion for learning and a strong desire to build a career in software development.
