Correction + removed reference to dead settings

- Corrected the `Save path notes` to correctly highlight the new setting and how it stacks - Removed references to the dead settings `liveSassCompile.settings.formats[].savePathSegmentKeys` and `liveSassCompile.settings.formats[].savePathReplaceSegmentsWith`
