- Replaced :pg2 by :pg for remote transformers, backends and adapters. - Replaced :ets table for module registry with :persistent_term for faster access.

This PR closes #9 This changes make Yggdrasil work only with Erlang >= 23 because it changes the deprecated
:pg2module with:pg. That's why I bumped the version to6.0.0.
