Radiomic Feature Reproducibility in CT Imaging of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)

Objectives:

The objective of this study is to assess the reproducibility of radiomic features extracted from computed tomography (CT) scans in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), considering variations in reader expertise and treatment stages (pre-chemotherapy vs. post-chemotherapy, pancreas vs. tumor).

Getting Started

1. Clone the Repository:

   git clone https://github.com/hadign20/PDAC-Reproducibility.git
   cd PDAC-Reproducibility
   

2. Set Up the Environment:

   conda env create -f environment.yml
   conda activate torch
   

3. Run the Initial Setup:

   python scripts/run_pipeline.py
   

4. Modify for Your Project:

   • Replace data in the data/ directory.
   • Update any necessary parameters in the configuration files.
   • Customize the source code in src/ as needed.
