This is a minor variation of ESR's C-INTERCAL, with the intention of being grossly offensive to people of good taste in certain ways. It will not be discriminatory in any way, instead preferring to insult and offend everyone with equal abandon. If you have insults to contribute, please open a pull request or file an issue.
