- create Erc20TransactionSyncer - refactor TransactionManager
- remove send, approve methods, use corresponding transactionData build methods - add TransferMethodFactory - refactor transaction storage
- rename from OutgoingPendingTransactionSyncer, since it syncs incoming pending transactions too - call sync() in onUpdateAccountState()
- in Erc20Kit use syncOrder to get new unprocessed transactions
