Description of change

This PR updates the /participate/use-cases section. The goal is to name IOTA projects in the appropriate industry (similar to mobility) and add more use cases.

  • Deleted Digital Assets because the same information can already be found under learn/future/nfts.
  • Added Healthcare and Real Estate use cases
