[Help] Links (discord, matrix)

Discord link is dead.
Matrix link clearly states that it has been replaced and is now inactive.
The old matrix room is bridged to #ipfs on Freenode, but i don't think that's the case for the new one.
Moreover, #ipfs on Freenode looks dead, will it migrate to a non-Freenode server (libera.chat ?)
