Download the offline version of the Scrolly extension from the official GitHub repository or any trusted source.

Extract the downloaded file to a convenient location on your computer.

Open your Chrome browser and go to the Extensions page. You can access this page by typing chrome://extensions in the address bar and pressing Enter.

Enable the "Developer mode" toggle switch located at the top right corner of the Extensions page.

Click on the "Load unpacked" button. This will open a file selection dialog.

Navigate to the extracted folder of the Scrolly extension and select it.

Click the "Open" button to install the extension.

The Scrolly extension should now be installed and ready to use. You can find its icon in the Chrome toolbar.
