[APM] Adds unit test for APM service maps transform (elastic#7)

* Adds a snapshot unit test for getConnections and rearranges some code to make testing easier * reverts `ArrayList` back to `String[]` in the painless script within `fetch_service_paths_from_trace_ids.ts`
