- Upgrades Kafka dependencies
- Aligns Kafka and confluent Kafka dependency versions
- Replaces an in memory Kafka/Zookeeper setup for KafkaTopic integration tests with Kafka Testcontainers. We used to rely on some unofficially supported public classes that no longer exist. This is the recommended way the Kafka community has been moving to.
