"Update All" button should be disabled when the update successfully finished #137

After updating the whole system by using the "Update All" button, the button keeps enabled and the user can click on it any times he/she wants and in the progress view a message is displayed "Processing..."

IMO the button should be disabled when there is no package to be updated.

The "Update All" button should also be disabled when there is no package to be updated.
