OS: KVM for IBM z Systems, Architecture: s390x

when there is no un-configured network device in system, the UI shows infinite loading spin, on click of "Add Adapter" from Network tab.

Fix for issue #43

"Add network adapter" shows infinite loading spin"

ui:
added a error function for network listing when api call fails

backend:
changes in model_utils and storage devices to handle "no device"
condition.(when device is not found, command returns rc 0 and empty
output or output with headers)
