Sometimes I find myself having to refer back to the previous chapter to refresh while reading the chapter I'm currently on. Normally, I'd hit the back button but I'm usually picking up a chapter a day or two later from the TOC and not the preceding chapter. So, I have to scroll to the bottom regardless of where I'm at if I want to go to the previous chapter.
This PR is me adding chapter links to the top of the page, just under the h1 tag. Lmk what you think!
