Hi there 👋

My name is Leanne Dong. Here is my brief outdated CV. I currently work as a IoT project coordinator at ESQ Brisbane. Previously I was a freelance IT consultant, a coding/robotic instructor and primary tech educator for at Junior Engineers. I enjoy technology and spending time with good, simple minded people. I was an Australian independent audio developer (Once upon a time I was a researcher in stochastic processes, then turned into a Mathematician after PhD, then turned into a C++ developer during the last two postdocs). I enjoy lots of topics, from networking, cyber security to front end, full stack web development. I'm used to work on music information retrieval. Before that I worked at ENCS, Concordia University as a Postdoctoral Fellow. My focus during postdoc has been Environmental Engineering and xAI software development with C++. My first Postdoc fellowship was granted in UTS (Australia). I worked on modelling online social media behavior using Hawkes point processes by manipulating large dataset in R and Python. My formal academic training has been in Mathematics.(Include computational, Pure, Applied and Statistic)

  • Key skills: C++, Linux, dabbling hardware audio tech and multimedia art
  • Enjoy audio software development, love hardware, mathematics and friends. NOT interested in participating any contests!
  • MATH := {heart, wellness, fun, ...}
  • Do let me know if you found anything interesting here
