Lps 197325 glowroot plugin trace level configuration

Hello Brian!
I've made the changes in the way the instrumentation level is configured.

I've checked in the glowroot source code and it's not possible to make the configuration a dropdown with predefined values.
The user has to write INFO, DEBUG or TRACE in the configuration (there's a description which explains what they do).
The explanation section does not support html markup, nor formatting / line breaks. This is the best result I can get! :)
