A simple black and white Mythtv theme
The theme works with version 0.27, 0.28, and 29 of Mythtv.

The theme is available from the myth-frontend theme chooser and can be easily downloaded and installed from there.
Alternatively just copy the complete folder into your home directory ~/.mythtv/themes. You can now select the theme from the theme chooser in Mythtv frontend.
