[Story] User: my/customer-care/ticket/#n/show #2

The user go to the page my/customer-care/ticket/#n/show

and see all information for this ticket, and all the comments

the user can:

  1. add a comment.
  2. close this ticket and rate the support with 1 to 5 star

if a user comment the ticket the state of the ticket become Pending.

If the ticket is close the user can't do any Write operation (eg. adding comment or close)
