CLI VPK version 2 extractor.
--help: print help
--gamedir: path to a directory containing VPKs
--rootvpk: main vpk file without '_dir.vpk' (usually gamename_dir.vpk)
--outdir: destination directory (optional; if not declared, files will be stored in current working dir/vpk_extracted)
