WireGuard CLI for adding user on Python

This is handly tool for adding user to Wireguard VPN server.

Before using in you need to setup config.py file. Detailed instruction for each field you can find in config.py
wgadd.py and config.py need to be in /etc/wireguard directory and be executed from there
