bootfiles: Move to firmware sub-directory

Move bootfiles.bin to a firmware/ subdirectory so that it won't be inadvertently loaded by rpiboot if rpiboot is run from usbboot/. That fails because there is no boot.img file present and prevents the embedded start4.elf file from being run.
