Add Golang support

Description

Add a golang section mirroring the functionality and configuration based on the spaceship theme https://denysdovhan.com/spaceship-prompt/docs/Options.html#go-golang

Motivation and Context

Greater parity with the ZSH theme. Also, the gopher is cute
