If you don't want the updates to the project configuration (but why the hell wouldn't one?), please, at least integrate the changes which fix the warnings, which show up in recent versions of Xcode and are very annoying, because some of them actually leak through to the app.
And these obstruct the view onto its own problems and ignoring them actually costs a lot of developer attention, therefore time, therefore money.
